Integrating ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 without duplication

An integrated management system saves audit days and reduces documentation — but only if the integration is real rather than cosmetic.

All three standards share the Annex SL high-level structure, which means most clauses can be met by a single set of processes rather than three parallel systems.

Practical integration

Merge risk and opportunity registers, unify document control, and run a single internal audit programme covering quality, environmental and health-and-safety criteria.

The result is fewer meetings, one document set, and shorter external audits.
